What Dispose Does
Dispose helps users organize Gmail by grouping messages sent to Gmail plus-address aliases such as name+shopping@gmail.com or name+trials@gmail.com. The purpose of the app is inbox separation and alias organization.
Google Data We Access
When you connect Gmail, Dispose requests Google sign-in information and the Gmail read-only scope. This lets Dispose verify access and read messages needed to show alias-specific inbox views.
Dispose does not request permission to send, delete, archive, forward, or modify Gmail messages.
How We Use Google Data
We use Gmail data only to identify and display messages addressed to aliases you create or choose inside Dispose. We may read message metadata, recipients, subject, snippet, and message body when needed to show an alias inbox.
Human access to Gmail data is not allowed except when you explicitly ask for support involving specific messages, when needed to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law.
Data Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Gmail data for advertising. We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the app, comply with law, or process infrastructure under our control.
Google API Limited Use
Dispose's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention
Dispose keeps account, alias, OAuth token, and verification data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Gmail message summaries are fetched to show alias inboxes and are not used for advertising or unrelated product features.
Your Controls
You can revoke Dispose's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You can also request deletion through the instructions on the Delete Data page.
